The Founder Partners of Collington Capital, Olivia Dickson, Julia Grant and Kiron Bose have previously worked as investment bankers, commercial bankers, emerging market fund managers, regulatory decision-makers and not-for-profit chief executives in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Between them, the three founders have a track record that includes decades of experience across financial services and the social sector, complex corporate finance transactions, global capital raising, emerging market fund launches and business development in frontier markets.

Together the Founder Partners bring both powerful global networks and product experience across private equity, private credit, venture capital and blended finance.

The Founder Partners seek to contribute to a more socially equitable and climate resilient world by bringing their knowledge, networks, skills and experience to the specific problem of enabling impact-led organisations to access impact capital so that they can grow sustainably and deliver social as well as economic benefits.
