Tanya is an Investment Associate at Collington Capital. Her prior roles include serving as Corporate Partnerships Manager at Plug and Play Tech Center where she designed and executed accelerator programs, structured strategic collaborations with financial institutions, and advised government stakeholders on ecosystem development to drive economic transformation across the Middle East.
Tanya’s professional experience spans the Middle East, India, and the UK, with a focus on integrating technology and evidence-based frameworks to address systemic challenges and advance inclusive growth. Her expertise includes ecosystem mapping, innovation design, and cross-sector partnership strategies to catalyse impactful investments.
She recently completed her MSc in Public Policy and Management at King’s College London, where her research thesis analysed the transformative potential of Digital Public Infrastructure in advancing financial inclusion, with a focus on scalable models for emerging markets. Tanya is focused on integrating scalable innovation and policy with measurable social and economic outcomes.
